開車15分鐘到雞廠、10分鐘到東北最大的Teatree Westfield Shopping Centre(有Woolworth、Cole、BIGW、Kmart、Target、戲院等) 、15分鐘到Mawson Lake Uni SA

出門2分鐘即有巴士站 208、528 (約30分鐘到CITY)

因室友回國，現有1間好房間出租。
雙人大床，桌椅，衣櫃

全包可另議, 接受短租.
