标题: 2房间House整租 Wayville区近City和show ground

WAYVILLE, 近City和Show Ground。房子就在show ground东门对面short street和young stree这里。Bus stop 2，离city很近。
2间大房，整租,一客厅，餐厅和厨房一起，厨房是煤气的。
我是帮房东贴广告，房东人很好local来的。没有家具。
房租：265/week
Available：24/07/10
small pet negotiated

现在屋里的家具都是我的，也准备全部出售，所以没有家具的也不用担心。

你的家具是必须买吗？或者买部分的可以吗？网电什么的有吗？是跟你还是跟房东签合同啊，因为怕又是要自己从房东那租，很麻烦。

没有呀，只是房子本来是没有家具的。你和房东签合同，然后有需要可以买我的部分或全部家具，也可以完全不买我的家具。和房东签合同不麻烦，与中介和麻烦的房东签合同才麻烦。这个房子的房东人很好，所以才放到网上介绍给大家的。我现在的网络是adam 的adsl2+，不过我在搬走后会断掉，你需要自己重新签宽带。

we are interested in this house..
we have a question..if we need the house furnished, and including all the bills( water, electricity, internet, gas), how much per week we should pay`?

The house is rented by landlord, they don't provide any furniture.
All furniture are mine and I will sell that all, because I will leave. The price of all furniture is 900 dollars, but it could be negotiated with me.
The rent is including water bill, but if you used over limit you would pay penalty.
The electricity, gas and internet, that really depend on how much you have used, it could be zero or it could be thousands. In my situation, normally electricity, gas,internet and fixed phone, I used about 170 per month.
