- Clean filtered drinking water in the main kitchen, which means you don't have to buy drinking water!

If you have a bicycle, there is a safe cycle route directly through Torrens River Park to the University of Adelaide or the city centre.

transportation:

- The bus stop is right in front of the house. 10 seconds walk.

- The bus runs every 15 minutes.

- It takes 15 minutes to get to the city.

- There are 3 bus routes from 5:45am to 12:30am!!

Alternatively, bus number 300 can take you to Flinders University or the beach.

(You don't really need to, but it's a 10-minute walk to the Klemzig interchange.)

- Single students or graduate students working full-time are preferred

- No pets

- No smoking/smoking
