自身情况：
一对 干净整洁 的 Couple 诚心求租 City 的Room 亦或者是Apartment (也可以是studio apartment)
学生，无车，无宠物，不吸烟，爱干净，随和，自己做饭，
1月17日即可搬入。长租。

租房要求：
地址：city,靠近adelaide uni最佳
家具：齐全(桌，椅，衣柜，至少是double size的床）
房间布局：阳光充足，适合学习，独立卫生间
环境：安静，适合学习，希望有安全保障（例如门卡，保安之类）

Big wardrobe, clean, good location! quiet, fast internet access, near to Footland and many restaurant, free city loop and many buses, very convenient!

located in North Adelaide, stop 4, 5 mins from city,
