十二月中可以入住
位于市中心，步行 3 minutes 到阿大 (adelaide U)，10 minutes 到南澳大学 (UNISA)以及chinatown；两分钟到达免费tram station 以及所有巴士站。周围有二十四小时便利店，快餐店，餐厅，购物广场（rundle mall）,post office 还有健身房（GYM-Fitness First）。环境清洁，所有设施都是新的。

房间是最大的，有一张双人床。有读书桌，衣橱。还剩余很大的空间。有空调和设备齐全的厨房，冰箱，微波炉，电磁炉，抽油烟机等

share 网和其他费用。

$250/week plus utilities divided by number of person
一周$250 加其他费用除于人数。
那房子超大，新和干净，所以不用担心不够空间或者是不自在。

是的。要租出去的房间是整个单位最大的，所以可以容纳至少两个人。而且加上读书桌和大衣橱，还有很多空间。我可以随时带你看房子。 (*.^)'

there is no ensuite toilet for the room advertised.. but u are only sharing the toilet with 1 person..:)

u can always come and see the room.. u are mostly welcome..
