一对干净couple求租一大房或1室1厅Unit，要下周日（10月2日）前可以入住的。人都很好，很安静。房子最好近City,20站以内也可以接受。需要到City交通方便。房子需要有停车位，最好是车库或带棚的车位。人不要住的太多。有的话，请站内留言或留下你的联系方式，我们会同你联系的

我这里有一个大房间出租, 交通极其方便,1分钟走到tram stop4 ,1分钟走到bus stop 7. 所有家具都是全新的. 现在只有一个人住, 有带棚的车位, 外面有独立的晒衣架.如果你们想看房子的话请和我联系 0432 503 769 谢谢
