Obligations after the visa is granted：
Once a visa has been granted it is not a visa requirement for the employee to remain with the employer that nominated them. However, the employee may have obligations under their employment contracts or industrial laws which may require an appropriate period of notice to be given to the employer prior to ceasing employment.
