OK, the phrase is "加精".

To understand this unfamiliar Chinese phrase, I have to deconstruct it into individual character.

To help me deconstruct this phrase and understand its meaning, I am using a similar phrase to help me and that is "射精".

In the phrase "射精", there is a verb "射" meaning "shoot/eject" and a noun "精" meaning "sperm/semen".

Similarly, the phrase "加精" has the verb "加" meaning "add" and a noun "精" meaning "sperm/semen" from the phrase "射精".

Therefore, "add sperm/semen" must be the appropriate and correct translation for the phrase "加精". Translating the phrase "加精" into "add sperm/semen" is only logical, not evil. There is no other way.
