标题: 南区近Flinders【一单人房】$120全家具独立空调，近Tonsley火车站/免费大学校车家门口
旧帖新用! 出租南区Mitchell Park grannyflat的房间。11月15号拎包入住！

交通：走路5分钟到Clovelly park火车站，W90公车站去Marion或者City。Flinders大学免费的校车停附近！

购物：Marion Road上的Foodland超市，7天都开到晚上11点哦！

出租房间：一单人卧室

房间都只住单人，自带空调。共用1个厨房，洗手间，洗衣机等设施。NBN无限网络，网费全包。

房租：$120/周，基本全包。水费：每3个月超过$200的部分，电费：每3个月超过$300的部分，4位房客平分。

房客：1位女生，2位男生，住满4人! 征求一位好相处的房客。

房东：一周过来打扫厨房/洗手间, 负责割草等。

租期：6个月起。押金：4周房租。

谢绝宠物，Couple勿扰。

如果你是不错的房客，也喜欢这个房子呒，那可以留房间的，主要是付了y押金的。
