Office Manager, AOJI Adelaide

Your responsibilities include:

l Responsible forAdelaide office’s business growth and the office management

l Identify the newbusiness opportunity and establish business strategic plan to meet the needs ofthe market

l Build uprelations with institutions and clients

l Coordinate andimplement the marketing strategic plan

l Coordinate andmonitor the office work under the requirements of industrial regulations

The selectioncriteria include:

l 2-yearteam/office management and strong marketing skills

l Tracked recordin sales achievement in a similar role

l Understand theneeds from educational institutes and on-shore students

l Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese

l High level ofproblem solving and negotiation skills

l Knowledge ofAustralia education framework and visa issues

l Proficiency inuse all major marketing tools (e.g. website, social media etc.)

l Good MS andpresentation skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
