[size=12.7273px]-share gas and electricity about $1.5 perday.
[size=12.7273px]- not allow use heater. too costly on bills. warm blankets are provided.
[size=12.7273px]-kitcken utensils are included.
[size=12.7273px]-fully furnished.
[size=12.7273px]-visa worker or student wellcome.
[size=12.7273px]-master bed room.
[size=12.7273px]-close to all shops and asian grocery, restuarants.
[size=12.7273px]-at bus stop 8, 1 min walking distance from house, bus come every 10 mins.8 min from city distance. very convenient, all buses stop at Uni S.A stop.
[size=12.7273px]-need to share house cleaning duty once a week. only simple cleaning. cleaning agent is provided.
[size=12.7273px]- house is on main road.
[size=12.7273px]- need to stay from febuary to about december period. negotiable.
[size=12.7273px]-house max only 4 persons.
