Hi my house is at 4 York Drive, Flagstaff Hill, a very safe, nice and convenient suburb, friendly neighbors. very close to bus stop (about 2 min) with direct bus to city (King willian st. approx 30-40 min) There are also tennis court, golf playground and shops around, one room is available now, $110/wk including bills (electricity, water, ADSL2 internet), airconditioning is provided for around 4-5 hours a day when whether is hot,  more details can be negotiated when you come to see the house.

Myself is workinag at Flinders and at the same time study at uni adelaide. you can take bus G20 or G21 (顺发门口 或 KING WILLIAM STREET 或 任何一个BUS STOP ON GOODWOOD RD) and get off at stop 41A, then I'll come out to pick you up. You'll surely be impressed for the quality of the house and low price, and feel home again straight away.
