Its mission is to deliver client-centered healthcare and support services to people and organisations who need them. They are currently looking for a support person to assist them in achieving this goal. Responsibilities: * Assist residents with daily tasks. * Maintain all care records in accordance with company policy and audit care records weekly to ensure accuracy. * Communicate any problems, concerns, or issues to residents' family members as needed. * Ensure that all patients take their prescriptions as prescribed by their doctors. * Respond to any safety or medical concerns. * Establish personal ties with residents by caring for them and showing an interest in their life. * Willingness to travel Job requirements: * Individual (Aged Care) Support Certificate III or IV * Police Check or willingness to undergo a police check * Strong work ethic * Positive attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent time management skills Flexibility Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
