Dear whom may concern,
This is yoyo Liu and ben freshney.
We are looking for a comfortable and nice unit/apartment for long-term renting. We are not students and will both looking for a full-time jobs.
We are happy to take the responsiblity to keep the house nice and clean while we are in. Also, looking after the plants in the garden or backyard if there is any.
We dont have a pet. None of us is smoker or drinker. No parties will be held at our new home. One car park is needed. If everything is settled, we'd like to move in as soon as possible.
The rent is negotiable and flexible depending on the conditions of the house.
