KeyResponsibilities include:

• Designing     and testing of sophisticated electronics products.
• Working     within a diverse, globally distributed team environment which includes     electronics, mechanical, systems, software and test engineers.
• Applying     creativity to find novel solutions to complex problems.
• Transition     of new products from the design team to manufacturing.
• Participating     in peer design review activities.
• Being     able to interact effectively with team members, management, suppliers and     customers.
  

Thesuccessful candidate will have the following attributes:

• A     Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• A     minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in Electronic Engineering.
• Testing     of electronic designs at all stages of the development process using     in-house equipment and at external test facilities.
• Embedded     software development (preferably ARM)
• Electronic     design software (preferably Altium)
• Embedded     Linux and CAN bus experience would be an advantage
• Excellent     writing skills and ability to prepare and review test reports.
• Preparedness     to perform soldering and mechanical assembly as required.
• Strong     organisational skills.
• Ability     to deliver results working autonomously or as part of a team.
  

This rolemay require occasional interstate and overseas travel.
