no friends sleep over and no partys every weekend.

hello, i have a room will rent, but it is short term(12.22--2.26).
this is master room, full funiture. and total have 4 people live in this house(include me).
the rent + bill is $110 (because it is short term rent, but i also need pay $130 to owner).
