Hi my potential flatmates,

This beautiful flat is located on Angas St, SA5000, the heart of the city close to everything.

There is one furnished room ready to be taken.

Bills are not includes in rent.
Internet is $5 a week, power and water are depends on bills.
We also provide a hassle-free option for $25/week all bills included. (if electricity exceed $500/quarter, the exceedance will still need to be shared between tenants)

Common Area is fully furniture and also with TV and A/C in the living room.

I'm a full-time accountant who's in my 20s, easy going and down to earth.
Looking for people who are nice and clean, respect others; intend to make the place like home but not only a shared flat.
