What You’ll Be Doing

Sushi Chefs & Makers:
                Prepare traditional and modern sushi dishes with precision and care.
                Handle fresh ingredients, sushi rice, and knife work with skill.
                Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.
                Work as part of a supportive, high-energy team.

Kitchen Hands:
                Assist chefs in preparation and kitchen operations.
                Keep workspaces clean and organised.
                Support daily kitchen routines and stock handling.

What We’re Looking For
                Experience in sushi or kitchen roles is great—but not essential!
                Passion for food, especially sushi.
                Willingness to learn and work hard.
                Reliable, team-focused, and motivated.
                Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene (for chefs).
