We are a Food Service Company based in Adelaide, servicing customers across South Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive growth and strengthen our customer base throughout Adelaide and surrounding regions.

Candidates with Asian language skills (Chinese, Thai, Korean, or Vietnamese) are strongly encouraged to apply, as these skills directly support our business growth within key customer base.

This full-time role is primarily sales-focused, with additional responsibilities supporting order processing and coordination with warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Focus

• ·       Actively grow sales within the Adelaide and South Australian market, targeting new customers.
• ·       Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, particularly within Asian food service, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• ·       Leverage Asian language skills(Chinese, Thai, Korean, or Vietnamese) to expand market reach.
• ·       Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, calls, and personalised support.
• ·       Promote our full product range, highlight new items, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• ·       Represent the company professionally, strengthening our brand presence across the SA region.
  

Operational& Administrative Responsibilities

• ·       Process customer sales orders, create manifests for warehouse pick-and-pack, and invoice customers accurately.
• ·       Prepare new quote and promotion flyers.
• ·       Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to ensure timely, organised deliveries.
• ·       Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and HACCP requirements.
  

Requirements

• ·       Proven sales experience, ideally within food service, FMCG, or similar industries.
• ·       Asian language skills (Chinese, Thai, Korean, or Vietnamese) are highly desirable and will be a strong advantage in this role.
• ·       Strong ability to build and grow customer accounts.
• ·       Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• ·       Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
• ·       Able to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• ·       Permanent residency or valid Australian work visa.
• ·       Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics staff.
