As I am very busy with my Supreme Court trials, I have no time to argue with any students who intend or already participate in the 845 visa scheme.
The information provided by Zhan0112 is very useful and accurate. I absolutely agree with him. It is well researched.
Regarding DavidChow's first question, the information at Department of Immigration and Citizenship is very clear. If you intend to apply for 845 visa, and when you lodge the application :-
"Appropriate visa holder
You are the holder of a temporary resident visa .......... and you do not hold a bridging visa."
Therefore, if you hold a bridging visa, you will not be eligible for 845 requirements automatically and your application will be rejected forthwith.
The second question is who will be eligible for 845 visa applications. There are many temporary visa holders who are eligible. One of them is 3- years multi entry business visa holders. Successful businessmen from overseas who open a company in Australia to do business. It is very common as they have no restrictions on working hours. I hope I already answer your questions. I am happy to answer further queries.
