but ofcoz it will be another case if the company provides services like Professional year, then students should be charged, but they will be more of costumer but not employee.
We charge members membership fee because we provide services (e.g. training), after training then we will think about offering part-time job. We don't and can't charge employee for training. Hope you can get it.
