Main bedroom and single room for rent.
Both rooms available now.
(Bond is 3 weeks rent)

Main bedroom
$170 including bills ( electricity, gas , Internet ,water bills )

Has lots of space, can easily fit queen or king. Room not furnished but theres a mattress in there already.

Small bedroom:
$130 including bills.
Room isn't furnished but has a single mattress in there.

The house has a big front and backyard, theres a free car space behind the house, and street parking.
The lounge room and dining table almost never get used, so you'll be able to have alot of space.
It really close to city 13 min drive , really convenient .
