标题: Vacancy for Office Admin
A property valuation company situated in Ascot Park is now seeking an office admin to handle daily operation and general office duties. Duties include data entry, inbound and outbound phone calls, filing, good understanding on real-estate industry and general office responsiblity. Work hours are from 2:00pm to 6 or 7:00 pm 5 days per week. This is a proper part-time job that pays $18.00 per hour (tax included) and superannuation benefits (First week training with no paid). Therefore we are expecting a quality employee. Keys to success with this application, is to type fast, willing to learn new words in housing industry and capable of speaking fluent english. You are absolutely correct as this is not an easy job. It is a job that gives u a substantial amount of mental pressure as you are forced to learn A WHOLE LOT OF new things in an industry as well as being efficient in the office. As the company is getting busier, We can't afford to train someone and they quit when they find out the dollars are hard to earn. Plus having a voluteer to work for us will get things done slower. We are now having one lady working as a trainee. I honestly hope that she can handle the job.

Is the vacancy still available? I have been engaged in real estate industry in China for about 8 years and thus have developed sound understanding of the industry and my English is good, both in writing and in speaking. I am in good position to fulfill the duties related to the position.
