这两本是新书买回来的，保养得很好很新，各有几页有少量highlight

两本一起买的话是 $150

3. Commercial Law M (COML 5009) $40 （已售）

Understanding Company Law 15e

书很新很干净，什么字什么highlight都没有，就是版本旧了两版，但老师在ppt上说14版之后的也适用。本来打算买来自用后来买到16版的了所以就把这本卖出
