Join Emperor Sushi, a rapidly growing independent sushi retail brand founded by the Romeo Family in 2015. From a humble beginning in McLaren Vale, we’ve expanded to 12 stores across South Australia and New South Wales, and we’re looking for talented Sushi Chefs to join our team in Adelaide!

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sushi Chef for a full-time, on-site position in Adelaide. You will be responsible for:
                Crafting and preparing a variety of sushi dishes with precision and care.
                Ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards.
                Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
                Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
                Collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
                Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
                Comprehensive knowledge of sushi types, preparation techniques, and knife skills.
                Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
                Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
                Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues.
