Hello,

I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease (Nov 23 (dates negotiable) to july 2016).

The acomodation is in the city, right infront of adelaide railways station
12 bank street
adelaide
SA 5000

Rent: 317 per week (includes water, elecricity, heating, cooling, fully furnished, etc.) also comes with a free gym, study areas, events every month, etc.

Private Room (bed+desk+washroom) + share a kitchen (already have pots, pans, cutleries, etc.) with 3 female students [very friendly] :)

Please let me know asap. i am trying to move on the 22 of nov, but i can change the date of your arrival without hassle :) You are welcome to arrive Nov, January, Feb, etc. Thank you very much. Please email for pictures!
