买地再找builder建房，和直接买新房，能省多少钱？
另外买地以后，自己买材料建房，不知道南澳可行不？ 曾经发了邮件给当地的council,问 本人无任何南澳的建筑certification ，就想自己买材料造房子，能不能操作？

It is possible for you to build your own home in South Australia provinding you have sufficient knowledge of The Development Act and Regulations 1993, The Ministers Codes, the building code of Australia and various Australian Standards. Sometimes it may seem that it is cheaper to be an owner builder however if you do not have agood understanding of the building industry it can cost you more than going through a registered builder.
