Vacancy for Office Admin

You are absolutely correct as this is not an easy job. It is a job that gives u a substantial amount of mental pressure as you are forced to learn A WHOLE LOT OF new things in an industry as well as being efficient in the office. As the company is getting busier, We can't afford to train someone and they quit when they find out the dollars are hard to earn. Plus having a voluteer to work for us will get things done slower. We are now having one lady working as a trainee. I honestly hope that she can handle the job.  

I don't think they want free labour, they want someone capable of doing this job

Is the vacancy still available? I have been engaged in real estate industry in China for about 8 years and thus have developed sound understanding of the industry and my English is good, both in writing and in speaking. I am in good position to fulfill the duties related to the position.
