Sushi Sushi Harbour Town, Adelaide

Sushi Sushi is Australia’s largest sushi franchise.
We are currently looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team at the Harbour Town store.



Key Responsibilities
                Sushi preparation and display
                Team management and scheduling
                Stock control and ordering
                Hygiene and food safety management
                Supporting daily store operations



Requirements
                Relevant experience preferred (sushi, Japanese cuisine, hospitality, F&B industry)
                Basic English communication skills (as our team is multicultural)
                Responsible and reliable individual
                Must hold a visa that allows full-time work
                Sponsorship available for the right candidate



Working Conditions
                Full-time manager salary (based on 38 hours/week under Australian Fair Work Act)
                Work days and hours may vary (including weekends and shift rotation for open/close)
