    Invoice/Administration Clerk
    Best Food Service Pty Ltd
    Regency Park, SA (On-site)
    $28-$30/hr plus super
    ·      We are a food wholesaler of both dry and frozenfoods based in Regency Park SA.
    ·      We distribute different food items torestaurants, takeaway outlets, independents supermarkets and wholesalers.
    ·      We are looking for a full time Telesales/AdministrationClerk to join our team for an immediate start.
    Responsibilities:
    ·      Effectively communicate with customers whilsttaking their orders.
    ·      Be able to provide general product informationto customers.
    ·      Assist with resolving customer complaints anddisputes
    ·      Regularly update customer and delivery details.
    ·      Promote company products and ‘up-sell’ and closedeals over the phone.
    ·      Accurately create invoice and packing slips forwarehouse to pick and pack goods within a reasonable time frame.
    ·      Manage customer accounts so that all paymentterms are met.
    ·      Work closely with both warehouse and sales teamto complete daily manifest both at the start and end of day.
    ·      Assist Branch and Sales Manager when required.
    ·      Work closely with all warehouse staff with dailychecking of stock and assist in stock take when required.
    ·      Liaise with warehouse to ensure timelydeliveries, stock accuracy, delivery discrepancies and other customer relatedmatters.
    ·      Place local fulfilment orders as required.
    ·      Enter supplier purchase orders and invoices intoCRM system.
    ·      Ensuring company policy and procedures and workhealth safety standards and HACCP are adhered to.
    ·      Represent the company with professionalism andsuperior customer service.
    Requirements:
    ·      Good listening and communication skills.
    ·      Be highly organised with a can-do attitude.
    ·      Be able to work under pressure and meetdeadlines.
    ·      Be able to provide excellent customer service.
    ·      Have good attention to detail.
    ·      Be flexible.
    ·      Highly regarded if you have language skills ineither Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese or Korean.
    ·      Permanent residency in Australia.
